Xuedi Chen

BIO

Xuedi Chen is a Brooklyn-based designer and educator whose multidiciplinary work spans the world of industrial design, architecture, fashion, robotics, and installation. She embraces the intersection of the digital and physical with a passion towards innovative use of materials, methods, and technologies. Xuedi’s work has been exhibited around New York and is internationally recognized in publications such as FastCompany, Wired, ELLE, Kunstjahr, and many more.

Xuedi holds a Bachelors in Architecture from Pratt Institute and a Masters from the Interactive Telecommunications Program at New York University. She is currently a resident research fellow at NYU and teaches at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
