KALLIPOLITI TO SPEAK AT INNOVATION CONGRESS, BARCELONA

Assistant Professor Lydia Kallipoliti will speak at the Innovation Congress, a two-day debate marathon to reframe change and innovation in architecture as plural, non-linear, and political. The Congress is curated by Andrés Jaque / Office for Political Innovation and will take place May 24-25th at Barcelona Building Construmat.

From the curator: In the last decade innovation has taken on a marked political character in which technology forms part of the disputes and partnerships between politics, culture and design. The Conference on Innovation will review each phase of the innovation processes in four parts. These major themes are observation, invention, association, and scaling.
