  • Senior Project Architect (Newburgh)  

 

  • CSArch is accepting applications for a full-time experienced Senior Project Architect with Associate, Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree, minimum 10 years’ experience as a Licensed Architect, for the Newburgh, NY regional architecture office. REVIT experience preferred. Excellent opportunity for professional growth. Great working environment. Educational/public project experience a plus.

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience

Strong management experience, including planning, supervising, scheduling, and mentoring staff

Experience reviewing plans and drawings; producing or reviewing technical specifications, contract and construction documents

Experience in construction administration (submittals, RFIs, construction observations on site)

Experience writing technical reports; reviewing and approving drawings and construction documents

Experience with design development of K-12, college / university and corporate offices a plus

Associate, Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree

Registered Architecture in NY state, or able to obtain reciprocity within first year of employment

  • Entry Level Architectural Designer (Newburgh and Albany)

 

CSArch is accepting applications for full-time architectural designers in our Albany, New York, office. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated with a Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree and up to three years of professional/internship experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Working under the direction of a Project Architect, the architectural designer will create project designs and construction documents, take field measurements and document existing building conditions, research products, codes and guidelines and assist the project architect/construction administrator during construction process.

Position Requirements:

Up to 3 years professional/internship experience

Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree

Proficiency using AudoCad/Revit, 3D software

Experience with educational/public projects, a plus

  • Senior Electrical Engineer / Building Systems Design (Albany)

 

CSArch is accepting applications for a full-time Senior Electrical Designer / Engineer to lead our Electrical Engineering team, with equity opportunity available for the candidate with the desired credentials and experience. Competitive candidates will have at least 10 years of experience designing electrical building systems for new, renovated, and rehabilitated buildings as a consultant to architects or directly in an A/E office and will be licensed in New York State or have the ability to become licensed within the first year of employment.   Position Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience designing electrical building systems

Strong management experience, including planning, supervising, scheduling, and mentoring staff

Experience inspecting buildings for electrical needs and conceptualizing electrical design approaches

Experience reviewing plans and drawings; producing or reviewing technical specifications, contract and construction documents

Experience in construction administration (submittals, RFIs, construction observations on site)

Experience writing technical reports; reviewing and approving drawings and construction documents

A specialty in building systems design for telecommunications, fire alarm, emergency power systems, photovoltaic systems, and/or lighting

Experience with design development of K-12, college / university and corporate offices a plus

B.S. Degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering

NY Professional License in Engineering or ability to obtain NY Professional License in Engineering within first year of employment.

We are seeking highly competent individuals who can join our team that is currently managing over $100 million in construction. Our current work includes multifamily housing, private residences, charter schools, university projects, and building restorations. You will join a socially-minded, nimble, collaborative team dedicated to executing projects with rigorous attention to design and detail, and will work on all phases of project development and execution.

As a team member you will be involved in all project phases, including the development of creative design solutions, translating them into accurate and thorough contract documents, and work closely with contractors to achieve a high quality built project. Applicants should be comfortable working in a small office environment and demonstrate the following skills:

Architectural Drafter/Designer

Clark Patterson Lee has openings for CAD Drafters/ Designers with two or more years of experience.  The position would be in our New Windsor, NY location. The successful candidate will provide architectural design and drafting support for projects throughout the schematic, design development, and construction document production phases.  The position requires an ability to read architectural and engineering drawings and prepare schematic design and design development drawings.  All of our architects, engineers and designers work as an integral part of a project team, ensuring the translation of design intent into construction documentation.  The role requires design work utilizing AutoCAD, Revit experience is a plus.
